Winter rental

Do you want to get away from it all? Do you need some rest? Then a stay in the French countryside might be something for you. Ideal for finishing a book or thesis, clearing your head and enjoying autumn colors and winter views. Or maybe you want to discover if the countryside is for you outside the tourist season. The holiday home can be rented from November to March at the affordable rate of €300 for two weeks or €500 for a month.

• Wood for the wood stove (can be purchased from us if desired)

• Consumption of electricity

• cleaning after stay €50

• Tourist tax 5% on the price per night per person per night with a maximum of €1.5

To book

To make a reservation, please contact usunjardinvert@outlook.com, please include your details and the period you would like to book. We will do our best to confirm your request within 2 working days. After approval, the administration will also be arranged by email.

Booking and cancellation conditions

After receiving your request, you will receive a message as soon as possible whether the reservation is possible and we will send you a reservation confirmation. When booking, we ask you to transfer 50% of the total amount of your booking within 14 days. After receipt of your deposit, the reservation is final and you agree to our terms and conditions.

You will receive a message from us and additional information about your stay as soon as payment has been received (please state reservation period including name). The remaining amount (50%) must be paid at least six weeks before arrival, together with the deposit of €150. If a reservation is made less than six weeks before the start of the rental period, the full rental price and the deposit must be paid immediately. If the amount has not been paid 6 weeks before the start, this will be regarded as a cancellation and the holiday accommodation will be offered for rental again. The cancellation conditions then apply.

Cancellation

​

• Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 6 weeks before the start of the booked stay. The deposit will be refunded.

• If cancellation is made between 6 weeks and 3 weeks before the start of the booked stay, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.

• If cancellation is made 3 weeks or less before the start of the booked stay, the entire booking amount will be charged.

• In case of later arrival or earlier departure than reserved, there will be no refund of payments made.

• You must cancel in writing (by email).
