Rates and reservations

Rate 2025

Our holiday home is available from €70 per night in the low season or €450 per week.
In the high season (July and August), the rate is €85 per night or €550 per week (weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday).

The price includes bed linen, towels, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi for the number of guests indicated.
The house can be rented for a minimum of 3 nights, except in July and August, when weekly rentals only are possible.

Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and check-out before 10:30 a.m.
Pets are very welcome – the garden is fully fenced, so they can safely enjoy their holiday too.

To book

For reservation, please contact us at unjardinvert@outlook.com, please state your details and the period you would like to book. We do our best to confirm your request within 2 working days. After approval, the administration is also arranged by email.

Reservations can also be made via airbnb or natuurhuisje, take into account service costs that are charged.

Booking and cancellation conditions

After receiving your request, you will receive a message as soon as possible whether the reservation is possible and we will send you a reservation confirmation. When booking, we ask you to transfer 50% of the total sum of your booking within 14 days. After receipt of your deposit, the reservation is final, you agree to our terms and conditions.

You will receive a message from us and additional information about your stay as soon as payment has been received (please state the reservation period including name). The remaining amount (50%) must be paid at least six weeks before arrival together with the deposit of € 150. If a reservation is made less than six weeks before the start of the rental period, the full rental price and the deposit must be paid immediately. If the amount has not been paid 6 weeks before the start, this will be seen as a cancellation and the holiday accommodation will be offered for rental again. The cancellation conditions then apply.

Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge up to 6 weeks before the start of the booked stay. The deposit will be refunded.
When canceled between 6 weeks and 3 weeks before the start of the booked stay, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
If canceled 3 weeks or less before the start of the booked stay, the entire booking amount will be charged.
In case of later arrival or earlier departure than reserved, no refund of payments made will take place.
